My name is Shannon Lamb. I am a UX design leader based outside of Boston. I currently lead the Discovery eCommerce experience at Walmart, which includes Social Commerce and Generative AI Search. As a design leader, I am passionate about helping individuals and teams grow by creating space for collaboration, reflection, growth, and innovation. I love to see teams expand the boundaries of what is possible while shipping products that are both highly functional, beautifully designed.
